Within India

We offer free shipping across India. Our deliveries are supported by some of the country’s leading logistics providers. While we strive to reach every corner, some locations may be outside the delivery network of our partners.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. At the time of order, you’ll receive an estimated delivery timeline based on your location.

Although we aim to deliver all products promptly, there may be occasional delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

• Logistics disruptions

• Unfavourable weather conditions

• Strikes or civil unrest

• Natural events like floods or earthquakes

• Any other unexpected or unavoidable events

Once your order has been shipped, we will share the courier details via the email or mobile number you provided during checkout. While most of our deliveries are fulfilled through our logistics partners, White Co India may also choose to handle deliveries independently.

Note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method at this time.

Shipping Charges

All prices listed on our website exclude import duties, customs charges, and local taxes. These charges, if applicable, are to be borne by you, the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further details before placing an order.

If import duties are unpaid, the order may be delayed, held at customs, or returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will not be able to refund the original shipping cost and may deduct return shipping charges as applicable.

Delivery timelines for international orders can vary based on local customs procedures. While we work to ensure prompt delivery, delays due to customs clearance are outside our control.

Additional Notes Shipping fees, where applicable, are determined by product value, delivery destination, and other factors. Any fees charged for shipping are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect products, which will be verified and approved by our team. Once your order is delivered, the responsibility and ownership of the product passes to you.
