Within India

• Free shipping across India.
• Orders are processed within 2-4 business days of purchase. Once dispatched, most orders arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
• After dispatch, you will receive tracking information via email and mobile number.
• We aim for on-time delivery, but delays may occur due to logistics disruptions, weather, customs issues, strikes, or natural events. If a delay of more than 7 calendar days occurs, we will notify you.
• Payment is taken at checkout. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

International Shipping

• We ship globally — duties, customs, and local taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Orders with a value of USD 250 (or equivalent) and above ship free; orders under that amount incur a shipping fee of USD 45 (or equivalent).
• Middle Eastern orders: Free for AED 799 and above; AED 99 for orders below that.
• Estimated delivery time:10-30 calendar days, subject to international courier routes and destination country customs.
• If duties or taxes are unpaid, orders may be delayed, held, or returned — we cannot refund shipping costs in such cases.

Returns & Exchanges

Orders are considered delivered once you receive your tracking confirmation and accept the parcel. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs fall to the customer. For more details, see our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
