Returns & Exchanges

At White Co India, each piece is crafted with care and ethical practices. We hope it becomes part of your story. However, if something doesn’t feel just right, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return Window

We accept returns of garments that are unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, within 7 days of delivery in India.
Who pays for return shipping?
For domestic India orders, return shipping is free. For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • You can choose a full refund or size exchange.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving the return, and credited to your original payment method (no cash refunds).
  • For exchanges: once your return has been received and inspected, your new item will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Conditions & Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or with tags removed.
  • Sale pieces or made-to-order/custom garments (unless found to be defective).
  • Items showing signs of makeup, perfume, tanning, or strong odour.

For Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at support@whitecoindia.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us assess the issue quickly, kindly share:

  • A short video of the parcel and product being unboxed
  • The defect clearly visible
  • A date-and-time stamp on the video or screenshot
    This allows us to verify the issue accurately and process your replacement or refund smoothly.

International Orders

Currently, returns or exchanges are not available for international deliveries. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours and we’ll assist you.
