At White Co India, we craft each piece with care, hoping it becomes part of your story. If, however, something doesn't feel just right, we offer a simple and elegant return process.
We accept returns of garments that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition—tags intact and free from any wear—within 7 days of delivery.
To begin a return, kindly log into your registered WhiteCoIndia account. You may also connect with our care team at support@whitecoindia.com for personal assistance.
Once your piece reaches our studio, it will undergo a brief quality check. Upon approval, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return.

The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.

Please note: Refunds are not issued in cash.

In rare cases, if the refund is delayed beyond this window, we are always here to assist.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
To preserve the integrity of our craftsmanship and ensure hygiene, we are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

Items that have been worn, damaged, or returned without tags.

Sale pieces or custom-made garments (unless found defective).

Items that bear marks of makeup, perfume, or tanning products.
Return Process

Initiate your return through your WhiteCoIndia account, or email us at support@whitecoindia.com.

Once your return is approved, our trusted logistics partner will arrange a pickup.

After the product is received and quality-checked, the eligible amount will be refunded.
International Orders
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international deliveries.
However, if you receive a piece that is damaged or defective, please write to us at support@whitecoindia.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with care.
